This class is a mix of strength exercises to help you build muscle, as well as conditioning exercises to help you improve your cardiovascular system.
Tuesdays at 6:00AM Thursdays at 5:30PM
BOOT CAMP - SOUTH SIDE PITTSBURGH
This class is a full body workout consisting of mostly bodyweight exercises and cardio training.
Thursdays at 7:00AM
This class is a mix between trail running, stair workouts and obstacle course training. These workouts will help you develop endurance as well as upper body and grip strength. If you have ever wanted to train for a Spartan Race or Tough Mudder, this class is perfect for you
