Body weight HIIT



Beginner: 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off - Complete 2 rounds with 5 minutes rest between each round.


Intermediate: 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off - Complete 2 rounds with 3 minutes rest between each round.


Elite: 1 minute on, 15 seconds off - Complete 3 rounds with 2 minutes rest between each round.


During the “ON” perform as many reps as possible.

Sit ups

Squat Jacks

Push ups

Mountain Climbers

Burpees

V-ups

Split Squats - switch halfway

Dips - use stable surface

High knees

Burpees


Modify exercises as needed
