Service Description

**TO ATTEND THIS CLASS you must be a Beyond Training Member OR purchase a Beyond Training Drop in Pass Beyond Training Membership - Beyond Training Drop In Pass - Beyond FIT is a strength and conditioning class that educates you on proper lifting technique and utilizes medium to heavy weights to increase your stamina, strength, power and athletic ability. The class will feature everything from High Intensity Interval Training to Olympic Lifting. ​ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME EXERCISES CAN BE MODIFIED TO ACCOMODATE ABILITY
