Service Description

This class is heavily focused on cardio and stair climbing with occasional elements of strength incorporated. There are two running loops: a longer loop that is around 4/5's of a mile that includes a gradual decline and a massive set of 300 stairs and then there is a smaller loop that is a little less than 1/4 mile with around 80 stairs. The format is always different and participants are encouraged to go at their own pace be it walking, jogging or a full out sprint. The strength elements of the class typically involve bodyweight exercises, heavy carries and grip strength exercises. Whether you walk or run the loop you are guaranteed to get a GREAT workout! This class is subject to weather related cancellations, and or location changes. IF the class is cancelled or the location is changed, you will be notified in advance via text or email. This class is apart of the WOLF PACK Membership ($20.00/month) For non-members the fee is $10.00 per drop in session
